At Stay Lit Candles, I want my customers to have an enjoyable and easy online shopping experience. I believe store policies should be clear to the consumer to keep them coming back time and time again! Below you will find my store policies. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend do not get processed until the first business day. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. All candles are handmade to order and take time to cure. Please be mindful of this when shopping for gifts. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped with tracking info attached. Please note, when you select a shipping method at checkout that is the estimated number of days it will take to get to you AFTER your order is made. I do NOT guarantee estimated shipping times provided by the carrier.
If you need items sooner please contact me as soon as the order has been placed and select Rush Shipping at checkout.
I am not responsible for incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen mail. Please be sure to double check your address prior to checkout or email me at email@example.com as soon as your order has been placed so I can correct it. If you believe your package was lost or stolen please contact the carrier directly and file a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Once your order is made and shipped it is no longer in my hands. I cannot control what happens once a carrier has your package. If you have an issue with delivery or info on where your package is please use your tracking number located in your email or contact the carrier directly.
Order pick-ups are scheduled for every friday. Items marked shipped before then will not ship until friday, but are packed and ready for their scheduled pick-up. Tracking info will be available within 24 to 48 hours after pick-up.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the recent pandemic and the nature of each product I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will find a solution for you!
I am not responsible for improper burning that results in tunneling or flooding of your candle. Candle tips are located on our front page and help to prevent this from occurring.
I am also not responsible for any customers orders who do not read my policies prior to checkout! It is your responsibility to make sure you read ALL policies before making ANY purchase.

USPS & UPS deliveries may take longer than usual, and all service guarantees are suspended. Please be mindful of this when shopping for gifts! These delivery challenges with our courier's are out of our control. We apologize in advance for the delays in orders, but rest assured you will be warm and cozy next to your candles soon! Please note, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted or refunded.
